We ship your order within 5 to 10 working days on average.

Delivery times depend on your address, they are to be applied at the time of confirmation by email of the order.

In metropolitan France, delivery is free from 100€ of purchases. Below this amount, shipping costs vary depending on the shipping zone:

  • Metropolitan France: €6
  • Europe: €12
  • International (other continents): €20

The delivery service is provided by the carrier Colissimo.

You will receive an email containing a tracking link for your package upon shipment. Your order is tracked on the "Laposte.fr" website.

Returns and Refunds

We do not do exchanges.

If you wish to make a size change, we invite you to buy the item directly via our site. If it is no longer available, we will not be able to return the product to you in size.

In order for us to be able to reimburse you for the order, we invite you to return the articles concerned to the following address:

Any item to be returned must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags still attached, in other words: “new”.

Please print out your order confirmation email and slip it into the package for your convenience.

For a modification, we will advise of the possibility of your request according to several criteria (advanced order, availability of articles etc.)

For a cancellation, we will reimburse you as soon as we have read your message. It takes between 24 and 72 hours for a refund.

Payments, promos and gift certificates

You can pay for your order using your credit card or your PayPal account. An email confirming your order will be sent to you following payment, you will find your invoice and the summary there.

Exclusive Space

The exclusive space is a space reserved for the most loyal members. Each month, it provides access to a new drop as well as a variety of exclusive benefits and content.

Access to the exclusive space is by password. This will be sent to you when you have placed an order on the site. The password can be found on your order summary.
